Nourishing yourself through loss with Jocelyn MacRae

In this episode Courtney speaks with Jocelyn about introducing astrology as a tool, infant loss awareness, having difficult conversations and moving through knowing that the world isn’t black and white. This conversation, just like Jocelyn is warm and nourishing.
Jocelyn works with women and their support networks by helping them to navigate their emotions through miscarriage or abortion. She has 2 beautiful angels, Charlotte and Oaklyn, who have brought her to where she is today. She uses these angels to guide her in life, forging a deeper connection with her soul's purpose. Jocelyn works with women through all stages, including the lead-up to an abortion, the day-of abortion and support post-abortion or miscarriage in the early stages or in years to come. Through Jocelyn’s own experience, working as a Physiotherapist, Reiki and her coaching training, she empowers women and their support networks to heal from their miscarriage or abortions and return to themselves. She is on a mission to make a group for Mothers who are unable to hold babies as they are up above, have miscarriages and abortions as dinner table conversations and provide resources to the support networks so no one has to feel alone.
In this episode Courtney and Jocelyn explore Jocelyn’s personal and business’s astrology charts, particularly looking at the midheaven, which is the career line of our chart. Courtney speaks on how Jocelyn’s chart connects with death, and how that perfectly aligns with the supportive work that Jocelyn does, and the own transformation Jocelyn had to go through for that to be reality. This conversation is loaded with the energy of Scorpio, which is perfect because that is the upcoming astrological season.
